We were the first in the market to develop a system, which absolutely revolutionizes the cultivation. As far as you use
you have a perfectly tuned system. You do not need no PH meter, no EC meter, no moisture meter and no temperature meter. All components have been perfectly matched and tested several times. We have also created a very simple guide for you, which allows you to install without any problems. Look here:
No. The Box is the perfect way to go small and unobtrusive in home growing and still get your harvests in. Specially developed soil, fertilizer and CO2 bags help. The plant can be limited in size by a very simple technique. You can keep each plant small by tying it down. Don't worry: If you accidentally break a branch, the Mini-Grow-Box can compensate for this damage with its nutrient-rich environment. You can find more info here
Always depending on the plant type, it is 30-40 g/plant in the L box; 40-50 g in the XL box . Always depending on your "commitment" to cultivation (cultivation method, CO2 bags, fertilizer, light time, irrigation).
No, not at all! A specially developed ventilation system creates a negative pressure in the Mini-Grow-Box, which makes it impossible for odors to escape. An activated carbon filter is used here, which must be replaced approximately every 6 months. The Bonsanto activated carbon filter is the only one of its kind, which manages to eliminate odors 100% in the smallest space. This is mainly due to a very high quality activated carbon. Incidentally, the mini grow box is therefore also suitable for odorless fermentation (drying).
Very low, but of course always depends on the electricity provider & the operating time. Our indoor grow alternatives equipped with lamps are always economically favorable. With 18h light/day you are at roughly 9,58€/month (with a 50 Watt LED and a kilowatt price of 0,35€).
No, this is also a must-have for our mini grow boxes. Stranger glances are not an issue. The case in particular is completely impermeable and generally very inconspicuous, but our other alternatives (e.g. tent) are also always opaque.
No. And that is exactly the first rule at Bonsanto: Cultivation in our Mini-Grow-Box is easy. Depending on the plant, there are things to consider here and there, but basically you can make any plant bloom with the Mini-Grow-Box from Bonsanto without prior knowledge and minimal effort.
Plants of any kind. Of course, the mini-grow box is limited in space, so you should not want to grow a Christmas tree. But any potted plant species is no problem. If you regularly tie down the plant, you can grow plants that otherwise reach a height of up to 1.8 meters.
Of course, a grow in the mini grow box can work with any other soil or fertilizer. Sure, but not so easy and profitable. For example, the specially developed soil has special additives so that PH regulation is not necessary. The fertilizer and especially the CO2 bags are optional items that are adjusted to the conditions in the box. This ensures a higher yield or a better result.
For this you will need one or two timers. You can find suitable timers in our shop.
With indoor growing, you create the different growth phases artificially. That means you control them with the exposure times. The plant goes into the flowering phase as soon as it "notices" that the days are getting shorter (when the plant is moving towards autumn/winter, in a natural environment). For most plants this is realized by switching from 18h light/day to 12 h light/day - but better inform yourself additionally especially related to your seed. In the flowering phase the plant still continues to grow. One says, it grows then again 100%, thus twice as high. This rule of thumb will help you with the question of when to send your plant into the flowering phase, since you have - depending on the size of the greenhouse - only limited space available.
Depending on the type of plant about 8-12 weeks.
Yes, the suitcase is lockable. There is a combination lock.
It's simple. Poke holes/slots in the edge of the pot with a pointed object. Pull a (supplied) cable tie through there, make a loop the size you need, and stick the shoot through there. Here you will find detailed information about tying down.
Yes, at least our showcase model: the suitcase. It has four wheels that allow you to easily roll it away, for example, to vacuum underneath. In addition, it has a handle on the top, which allows you to carry it if you ever move or the like.
No. Our indoor solutions come with magnets or zippers to securely close the grow box.
Exposure time is 12-18h light/day depending on the plant.
There are many different methods. We briefly describe here the one that works best for us: Fill the soil into the pot with about 2cm distance from the edge and moisten it (2-3 jars with 800-900 ml each are enough). Be careful not to compact the soil too much. Then put your seed about 5-10mm deep into the soil and then cover it loosely with such. Cover the pot with a translucent film, e.g. cling film. Poke 5-10 holes with your finger in the foil to ensure air circulation. After that the plant can be put back into the Mini-Grow-Box.
Attention. There is ALWAYS a possibility that your seed will not germinate. Happens rarely, but it can happen. Just put several seeds in the ground to be on the safe side and ultimately choose the plant that has come the strongest. The remaining one(s) you should pot out, because the pot is only intended for one plant.
The amount of soil in your container will depend on the size (yield) you are aiming for. More soil means more nutrients and therefore higher growth. For beginners, we always recommend not overfilling the pot, 2/3 should be enough. Our special Bio-PH Regulating Soil comes in 5 l bags and is enough to grow 1 plant in our Mini-Grow boxes. However, it is always advisable to have soil on hand, as the soil will sag over time in the container as nutrients are gradually removed. The new soil then provides new nutrients for the plant and contributes to growth, yield and health.
All you need to power the Mini-Grow-Box is a 230V socket for the lamp and a USB power supply (5V, available from us) for the fan.
To make the shipping of your system as anonymous as possible, your Bonsanto package will not be sent via the sender Bonsanto, but via Leenway (https://leeventi-teleprompter.com/).
