The new regulations provide that the possession of up to 25 grams for adult private individuals will be exempt from punishment and the cultivation of up to three plants for personal use will be allowed. Legal trade and sale is currently not planned. Instead, the plants are to be cultivated in non-commercial associations and distributed to members of the association.
